  • purchase subscriptions or other paid features;
  • configure products, automations, overlays, and integrations;
  • contact support or communicate with us;
  • participate in surveys, promotions, community programs, or events.

Depending on your use, we may collect:

  • identifiers and contact data (for example, name, username, email address, account handle, billing address, and phone number);
  • account and authentication data (for example, password hash, OAuth tokens, session identifiers, and security-related metadata);
  • third-party platform authorization and integration data (for example, Twitch OAuth scopes, account/channel identifiers, token metadata, and integration settings);
  • payment and transaction data (for example, billing records, subscription plan, payment status, and limited card metadata supplied by processors);
  • profile and preferences (for example, settings, product preferences, language, and notification preferences);
  • support and communication content (for example, ticket messages, attachments, feedback, and chat-related configuration data);
  • chat and message data (for example, authorized channel chat context, bot commands, bot-generated messages, and moderation-related event data);
  • video and media data (for example, authorized video, VOD, clip, and related metadata made available through connected platforms);
  • user content and service inputs (for example, prompts, commands, uploaded files, media, and configuration data used in our tools).

You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.

Sensitive information

We do not intentionally require sensitive personal information unless needed for a lawful purpose or necessary to provide a feature you request. When sensitive information is processed, we do so under applicable legal requirements, including consent where required.

Payment data

Payments are typically handled by third-party processors. We generally do not store full payment card numbers or full security codes on our systems. Payment processors may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Application permissions and device access

If you use mobile or desktop applications, browser extensions, or integrated tools, we may request permissions such as access to notifications, camera, microphone, local storage, clipboard, calendars, or other device features where needed to provide requested functionality. You can usually manage permissions through your device or browser settings, though disabling permissions may limit feature availability.

Information automatically collected

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect technical and usage information, such as:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from IP;
  • browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and network data;
  • app/browser version, crash reports, diagnostics, and performance telemetry;
  • interaction data, including pages visited, links clicked, timestamps, referrers, and feature usage;
  • cookie and similar technology data.

Information from third parties

We may collect information from third parties, including:

  • authentication and platform integration providers (for example, account IDs and profile fields from linked platforms);
  • connected streaming/content platforms (for example, Twitch channel, chat, and video metadata/content available under permissions you grant);
  • payment processors and fraud prevention vendors;
  • analytics, attribution, and advertising partners;
  • public sources and service providers that help us keep records current or prevent abuse.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process personal information for legitimate business and legal purposes, including to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • create and manage accounts, authentication, sessions, access controls, and OAuth-based integrations;
  • process purchases, subscriptions, renewals, invoices, and customer service requests;
  • deliver product functionality, including AI-assisted and automated features you enable;
  • access and process authorized chat, messaging, and video content from connected platforms to provide requested features;
  • send or inject bot messages and execute bot actions in connected chats based on your settings, prompts, and commands;
  • personalize experiences, recommendations, and feature settings;
  • communicate operational notices, account updates, receipts, and support responses;
  • send marketing communications where permitted by law and your preferences;
  • monitor usage trends, quality, reliability, and system performance;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and policy violations;
  • enforce our legal terms and protect our rights, users, systems, and business;
  • comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and law-enforcement obligations;
  • support corporate transactions such as financing, mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers.

We may aggregate and de-identify information and use it for lawful analytics, research, and product improvement purposes.

When you enable connected-platform features, processing of OAuth-authorized chat and video content occurs at your direction. Responsibility and liability terms for those features are governed by our Terms of Service.

Where required by applicable law (including EEA, UK, and similar jurisdictions), we process personal information under one or more of the following bases:

  • Consent: where you have given permission for a specific purpose.
  • Contract: where processing is necessary to provide Services you requested or to perform our agreement with you.
  • Legitimate interests: where processing is reasonably necessary for our business interests and does not override your rights.
  • Legal obligations: where processing is required to comply with applicable law.
  • Vital interests: where processing is necessary to protect someone from serious harm.

If you are in a jurisdiction that allows withdrawal of consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers and vendors: cloud hosting, data storage, security, monitoring, analytics, authentication, payment processing, communications, support operations, and development tooling.
  • Platform integration partners: when you connect external accounts or services (for example, streaming or social platforms), data may be exchanged as needed for integration.
  • Advertising and measurement partners: for campaign delivery, attribution, retargeting, and effectiveness analysis, subject to your rights and preferences.
  • AI and automation providers: where needed to deliver AI-enabled features.
  • Professional advisors: legal, accounting, auditing, insurance, and compliance advisors.
  • Affiliates and related entities: for internal administration and operational support.
  • Corporate transactions: in connection with actual or proposed mergers, acquisitions, financings, reorganizations, bankruptcy, or asset sales.
  • Legal and safety disclosures: to law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with law, enforce terms, detect or prevent harm, or protect rights and safety.

We may also disclose de-identified or aggregated information that does not reasonably identify an individual.

If you enable bot chat features, relevant chat command, message, and event data may be processed and transmitted to execute requested automations and messaging behavior.

If you use the Services through a team, organization, or managed account, account owners or administrators may be able to access and control account data associated with your use.

Our Services may link to third-party websites, products, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own terms and notices, not this Policy, and we are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

Yes. We and authorized partners use cookies, SDKs, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • keep the Services functioning;
  • remember preferences and session state;
  • analyze usage and performance;
  • prevent fraud and abuse;
  • deliver, measure, and optimize marketing and advertising.

Depending on your jurisdiction, certain tracking may be treated as "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising. You may have rights to opt out, as described in Sections 11 through 13.

Most browsers allow you to control cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect functionality.

6. DO WE OFFER AI-BASED PRODUCTS OR FEATURES?

Yes. Some FrostyTools features use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related automation technologies ("AI Features").

To provide AI Features, we may process your:

  • prompts, text, files, media, and other inputs;
  • generated outputs;
  • associated account and usage metadata.

We may share relevant data with third-party AI infrastructure or model providers under contractual controls designed to protect information and limit use according to applicable agreements and law.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to submit any content you provide to AI Features. Do not submit content you are prohibited from sharing. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate, and should be independently reviewed before reliance.

7. DO WE TRANSFER DATA INTERNATIONALLY?

We may process and store personal information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your location.

Where required, we apply appropriate transfer safeguards under applicable law.

8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:

  • provide Services while your account is active;
  • maintain records related to billing, tax, accounting, security, and legal compliance;
  • resolve disputes and enforce agreements;
  • prevent fraud and abuse.

Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirements. When personal information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it, subject to backup retention and legal obligations.

9. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.

Despite these measures, no method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage is fully secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide information at your own risk.

10. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old (or older where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable age threshold.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information and, where appropriate, disable associated accounts.

11. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Depending on your location, you may have rights that include:

  • access to personal information we hold about you;
  • correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • deletion of personal information (subject to exceptions);
  • portability of certain personal information;
  • restriction of or objection to certain processing;
  • withdrawal of consent (where consent is the legal basis);
  • opt-out rights for targeted advertising, sale/sharing, or certain profiling.

To protect your account and data, we may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification and proof of authority.

You may exercise rights by contacting us at hello@frostytools.com.

Marketing communications

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send transactional and service-related communications.

No mobile opt-in data or consent data is shared with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional use.

12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL

Most browsers offer Do-Not-Track ("DNT") controls. Because no uniform DNT standard exists, we do not currently respond to DNT signals.

Where required by law, we recognize and process Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signals as valid opt-out requests for applicable sale/sharing and targeted advertising processing tied to that browser or device.

13. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

If you are a resident of certain US states, you may have state-specific privacy rights, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale/sharing, and certain profiling.
